What if the payment fails?

If your payment fails, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and attempt to resolve the issue:

Check if the bank card or credit card is available

  1. • Card Availability: Confirm that the bank card or credit card you are using is in an available state.

    • Global Payment: Confirm that the card has the Global Payment function enabled (for cross-border payments).

    • Balance/Quota: Ensure that your card balance or quota is sufficient to cover the package fee.

    • Bank Risk Control: Check if your transaction has been rejected or blocked by your issuing bank due to risk control (if you have any questions, please contact your issuing bank).

    • Billing Information: Ensure that the billing information you provide is accurate and complete, including name, address, postal code, credit card expiration date, etc.

Try again using another payment method

  1. • Try switching to other available payment channels and retry, for example: PayPal Wallet, Stripe Credit Card Payment, or D·local Local Payment (if applicable in your region).

Try turning off the VPN or switching networks

  1. • Try turning off the VPN or switching the network environment. Some network or VPN settings may interfere with the payment process, leading to transaction failure.

Still unable to pay?

  1. • If you are still unable to complete the payment after the above troubleshooting, please take a screenshot of the error message for the payment failure and contact customer service.

    • We will assist you in completing the purchase process.

Does payment support automatic renewal?

  • • Both monthly and annual payment plans will automatically enable auto-renewal by default.

  • • The lifetime package is a one-time payment and does not involve automatic renewal.

  • • If you do not wish to renew, you can apply to cancel your subscription on the Order List page.

    ◦ Cancellation of subscription requires manual processing. Please submit a cancellation request 3 days or earlier before the subscription ends to prevent automatic renewal upon expiration.
