How to Obtain Purchase Invoices
Method 1: Purchase via Stripe payment (invoice automatically sent)
If you completed the payment via Stripe:
1. After a successful order ◦ Stripe will automatically send you an email with the bill and invoice to your registered email address.
2. Open the email and log in to the Stripe page as prompted to directly download the invoice PDF.
3. If you haven't received it ◦ please check your junk email or search for 'Stripe receipt'.
Method 2: Purchase via PayPal payment (contact customer service to issue)
If you pay via PayPal (including balance or credit card):
1. PayPal does not automatically generate downloadable invoices.
2. If you need an invoice ◦ please contact Smallppt customer service and provide:
◦ Customer first name (must not exceed 20 characters)
◦ Customer last name (not exceeding 20 characters)
◦ Customer email address
◦ Billing address (specific to country, state, city, street)
◦ Postal code
3. Customer service will manually issue and send the invoice to you.

• Dlocal User
◦ Similar to Stripe, invoices issued by the Dlocal platform cannot be reissued or re-edited.
